Shipping and Delivery

The cost for shipping our products is:

• Italy (including islands, excluding disadvantaged areas): €5.00
• Italy (disadvantaged areas*): €10.00
• Europe: €20.00
• United States (US): €30.00

Once the package has been shipped, the customer can regularly update themselves with the tracking number, provided via email, or via the dedicated page in the "Account" section of this site.

For shipments to the rest of the world, item prices do not include duties and taxes. Customers will pay these individually, allowing them to unlock the package and receive it (clear customs).

*Disadvantaged areas can be particularly challenging for delivery services, often requiring an additional surcharge to guarantee the collection or delivery of packages.

Our system will automatically calculate the final order amount, including any applicable surcharges.
